Up In The Chair is a certified B Corporation with the mission of uplifting individuals for their unique contributions to humanity.
Project #1: The Emerging Professional and Mentorship Alliance is a branch of Up In The Chair that supports and uplifts emerging professionals. The project was to create an online course that would educate small business entrepreneurs looking to start an internship program.
Timeline: September 2022 - December 2022
Tasks: Conducted market research on the online course and developed internal marketing documents: Marketing plan, SWOT Analysis, Buyer Personas. We also researched SEO key terms from the point of view of the target audience. Finally, we collaborated in a cross-functional team to compose online course modules.
Results: After various stages of editing, the online course was published on its final platform, Kajabi with the title "Building a World Class Internship Program."
Project #2: After launching the online course, marketing efforts were well underway. Based on the marketing plan, we worked on blogs, social media posts, and marketing emails.
Other Contributions: As project manager, I managed a team of two to deliver other marketing communications .
Timeline: January 2023 - May 2023
Results: With our marketing efforts, we were able to increase our customer base by 22%.

Project #3: This project consisted of writing a series of SEO-optimized poems for UPTC's overall brand. These poems gave me an opportunity to express my creativity and life experiences through the written word, and uplift individuals who have been through similar experiences.
